She was a special dog. Because she was abandoned so early she never had a chance to develop skills for adulthood. She was very patient to let us teach her. She was very special.

Miss Daisy Kondos is a beautiful rescued bloodhound. It’s December 2015 and we’ve had her for approximately two years. She’s wearing a very bright pink identification tag. She previously had surgery done on her eyes by a vet due to the first rescuer noting Daisy’s eyelashes were turned in. We put drops in her eyes twice a day to keep them moist. So far she has not bothered any Christmas decorations! She did eat a whole loaf of bread though. We now put it on top of the refrigerator.
When we lived with six dogs, our canine pictures were often mixed up. But we always had fun reviewing the photo piles.
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but it looks like Christ is hiding a treat from Mr. Byron who is trying to guess which hand it’s in.
Here are Christ and Mr. Byron. This was back in the 90’s and they both look dandy. Mr. Byron had a face worth gazing at. Don’t take that the wrong way Christ. We used to frequently bike the trails in Northern VA and Washington, D.C., and went country and western dancing on Friday nights. Oh we thought everything would last forever. I miss that Corgi very much. He had his peculiar ways of stalking people’s ankles whenever we took him for leashed walks. He stared the people down and we held on and led him to the far side of the sidewalk. He did nip a postman once and we were lucky he didn’t make us confine him. In these days of 2015, we live amidst mountains so we gave up our bike riding and the dancing went as well.
